Mill Park was mostly built through the 1970s and 1980s, and Paramount Fencing replaces its older boundary fences, repairs the rest and builds front fences and gates.
Tell us what's there now and what you'd like, and we'll quote it in writing.

Mill Park lies between the Darebin Creek and the Plenty River. Its first housing estates went in during the 1970s, and most of the suburb was built through the 1980s.
That means many boundary fences here are decades old. Timber posts rot at ground level, rails split and the fence starts to lean.
When a few posts have gone, we can replace them and keep the rest. When most have, a new fence usually works out better, and we can price both so you can compare.

Older blocks mean a lot of replacement and repair work.

Mill Park is in the City of Whittlesea. If you need your neighbour's details to share the cost of a new fence, the council can give you their name and mailing address in writing. It can take up to five business days.
To ask a neighbour to pay half, you send them a fencing notice, a letter setting out the fence type and the quote. We can also have that chat with your neighbour for you.
These rules come from Whittlesea council and its planning rules, and they can change.
If only a few posts or palings are gone, repair it. If most posts are rotten at the base or the fence leans along its length, replacing it is usually better value.
We can build the new section in the same style. New timber looks paler at first, and it weathers to a grey over time.
Look at the posts first. Palings and rails are easy to swap, but a post rotted at ground level means the fence is near the end of its life. Tell us in the quote form what's wrong with it, and we'll price both a repair and a new fence.
